We're much more than just an office space
Remember the days when you could pick up the phone and talk to a real human? Or be greeted with warmth and recognition as you come into a building? We are those days. We believe in good service, good people and a well-designed space that’s kept your many needs in mind. Work inc has transformed and enhanced the working experience for the better.
Everyone should enjoy their work as much as we do. It’s that simple.
Champions of customer service with beautiful offices
Who is Work inc?
We attract like-minded, driven people who set their own standards
A start up itself, Work inc is powered by condensed might. Our growing team is made of unique individuals with remarkable skills and admiring backstories. Together, we have transcended the expectation of a workspace, creating a friendly fusion – hotel luxury, bed and breakfast comfort, small-town community, and the eclectic skill of a circus troupe, plus the quirk factor.

Work inc’s success stems from its people
They are the heart and soul of the warehouses
CHAIR PERSON, CMO
Kristy Bannister
Kristy wears a lot of hats. She’s not just cool like that but she’s an absolute powerhouse. You could say she galvanised the team at Work inc, mentoring them into a well-oiled machine of capability and kind service. If this wasn’t enough under her belt then let us add that she too owns and operates the gifting company, Dr Dough Donuts. She inspires and drives us.
GENERAL MANAGER
Brendan Sav
From your first tour of the space to office move-in day and beyond, Brendan is helping you every step of the way. He’s in charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring our warehouses are running seamlessly and our members are content. Brendan’s an efficient, fuss-free, and creative problem solver. He and his team are a shining example of what good service should be.
Head of CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Kimberley Cheng
Kim is the ultimate blend of hotel concierge and operations manager, elevating our customer experience with a keen eye for detail and genuine care. Bright, bubbly, and effortlessly capable, she makes every member feel at home. Working in tandem with Erin, these two keep Work inc humming. Kim’s also our resident foodie so hit her up for restaurant recs.
Member services assistant
Erin Fisher
Erin brings a hotel’s heart to coworking, catching you off guard with thoughtful gestures. Her empathy, intuition and ambition makes her a champion of the front desk assisting with member needs. It’s no surprise she comes with a bachelor in hotel management but Erin’s also completing a masters of environmental science. She does it all! Our very own fountain of endless knowledge.
Head of Finance
Susan Smith
As resident number cruncher, Susan keeps us compliant, manages payments, and ensures financial fitness with no-nonsense precision. Honest, trustworthy, and incredibly capable, Susan balances budgets like a pro—and plays soccer like you wouldn’t believe. She may be a bookworm but be warned, if you’re up against her on a soccer pitch then you’re in trouble.
Facilities Manager
Lachlan Davidson
When your workplace is inside century-old warehouses, there’s a lot of history to maintain and Lachlan is the man for the job. Responsible for the construction of Work inc, he later took on the duty of facilities manager. He’s the invisible hands behind Work inc’s seamless groove. And when he’s not playing fix-it, he’s rocking heavy bass riffs in the metal band, Hypergiant. Give them a listen.
The Founder
Mark Davidson
A little elusive around the workspace, Mark is the casually dressed man in the Work inc tee, probably donned with a pair of blue jeans and a story of his latest ride in the desert. A three-time Dakar rally rider, he draws comparisons between the adversity faced when you’re a solo rider in a high altitude enduro, with the tough blows of day-to-day life as a self-starter. Mark’s taught us that like any good adventure, start up life is about hard work, soul, and a bit of risk.
Work inc was never on the cards for Mark. The man with a property background simply sought a new office that looked different from all the rest, and seamlessly (but also not seamlessly), he had what was to be a coworking space on his hands, before Sydney even knew the word.
The Work inc warehouses are noticeably grand because it’s a visual amalgamation of years of entrepreneurial experience. The artefacts on the walls you see, the furniture you touch, and the vibe you feel, it’s all authentic and it all has a story just like the space itself. A testament to a vibe cannot be bought, together with his business partner of 20 years, Mark Davidson and Robert Whyte have built a business where you can see their love and care down to every little detail.
“You can give up any time of the day, but it really comes down to your internal fortitude. You tell yourself – No, I’m not going to give up, I can do this, I can get through.”
– Mark Davidson, Work inc Founder
