Imagine strolling down a laneway speckled with cyclists, neighbours, and intrepid commuters
As you descend into the leafy veiled street you catch a glimpse of the bridge, but there’s something else that makes your eyes linger a little longer. They’re taking in the full-bodied Bugatti perched in the window, teasing you. With a gentle exhale, your feet continue while your mind stays, mulling. Soon, you’re met with stock roller shutters before an oversized garage. To anyone watching, a look of confusion furrows your brow. Breaking your trance, a question comes over you – “Am I in the right place?”
Of course, you are.
Beyond the roller door you discover an expanse of well-dressed shipping containers; a beautiful mash of steel, concrete, and glass lending itself to a morning glow. It’s utterly singular. Weaving between heritage archways you float past office after office, and it’s quiet. But as you meander through the distinctive labyrinth, you notice a hum; it’s artful, yet unpretentious and rather warm. It’s like home. And you yearn for more.
While there’s no same feeling as being amongst the vibing warehouses in person, we’ve done our best to give you a glimpse at the laneway lifestyle…
