Boutique coworking space in Northern Sydney
Beyond the bridge, and beneath the railway, lies a leafy laneway you wouldn’t expect of North Sydney. Hailed a second home by many big names, this is the unpretentious watering hole of Sydney’s best coworking community.
But it’s not coworking as you know it, it’s a lifestyle workspace. It’s freedom to make your own path because you have everything you need. It’s unmatched, personal service with beautiful offices and a real chance at the life you want with the business you dreamed about. All, while surrounded by a hundred years of stories within the heritage warehouses of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and you, each day, adding to those tales of greatness.
It’s called Work inc.
COVID-19 has changed the perspective of how we live, work, and do business.
The world has come to a forced timeout and, this might be the first time since the birth of your business that you’ve had the chance to rethink the way you do things. When our team set out to build our coworking space, we designed it with customer comfort in mind but with COVID-19 upon us, we’ve come to realise these are now the essentials.
Basically, you want an office home that’s dedicated to enhancing the way you work and honestly, there are some big boxes to tick. While you navigate the new world and keep your business thriving, our team makes the office the last thing you need to worry about. Let us look after the cleaning, disinfecting, sanitising, COVID safety planning, and everything else that happens in the background.
No matter if you’re leasing a private office or dedicated desk, these are some of the box-tickers you can expect to see here…
Where good ideas come to grow
Work inc founder and Dakar Rally rider, Mark Davidson, built his dream office to compliment his business and team but as he settled into Lavender Bay, local startups too were captivated by the functional space. So, as an avid mentor and supporter of small business, Mark opened his bespoke oasis up to these innovators, wanting to give back using his decades of entrepreneurial expertise and thus, creating a space that encompasses the support, creativity, and raw company identity ‘cubicle land’ lacked.
And like that, Work inc was born.
“The physical space is equally important to building a business. You have these soaring heritage walls, light flooding in through windows that are nearly a century old and a real sense of the guts and determination that Sydney mustered to span the harbour with a bridge. Coupled with an encyclopedic array of individuals working on their business dream, you can’t go wrong.”
– Founder, Mark Davidson
