When we set out to build our coworking space, we designed it with customer comfort in mind. For us, these were just the essentials – as entrepreneurs with a history of starting our own businesses, we understand what you need and here are some big boxes to tick.

Work inc founder and Dakar Rally rider, Mark Davidson, built his dream office to compliment his business and team but as he settled into Lavender Bay, local startups too were captivated by the functional space. So, as an avid mentor and supporter of small business, Mark opened his bespoke oasis up to these innovators, wanting to give back using his decades of entrepreneurial expertise and thus, creating a space that encompasses the support, creativity, and raw company identity ‘cubicle land’ lacked.
And like that, Work inc was born.

We have all inclusive pricing. That means no hidden charges. Only one set invoice that never changes. Free use of all of our hotel like amenities including fully stocked showers and kitchens, free meeting rooms, and podcast studio.
